has anyone else noticed that youtube isn't resolving?

instead its just showing its ip http://64.15.120.233/

all the subpages, all the links, http://64.15.120.233/ instead of http://youtube.com/


is this everywhere or is it my local dns servers?

I get the numbers when i click the link, but it shows as "youtube.com" for me when i go on my own.
